Loft Conversion in Morden

Recent research carried out by the Nationwide Building Society has shown that by converting a loft space, your house value can increase by as much as 20%. As well as creating the extra space and adding value, a loft conversion can even make your home more energy efficient.

With this loft conversion we aimed to give the client a functional space with lots of light. With the main aim being to add value to the property.

We created an extra bedroom with ensuite to further utilise the space in this  semi detatched property.
